The future school children also took part in our project week and learned a lot about the construction site. They explored what needs to be done before a house is ready. The construction site on our school premises was incredibly exciting. There the children could watch the construction workers directly at work. They then examined a craftsman’s toolbox and discovered, among other things, a folding rule, a spirit level, and a trowel. Finally, they built a house out of paper and glued on windows and doors.
